Account linked to an account but no idea which account it's linked to

I'm trying to link my minecraft account to the minehut account but it says it's already linked to an account, but I have no idea which account it's linked to and I want to link my account to my current minehut account. Is there a way to unlink my account from whatever account it's linked to without logging into the account its linked into because I don't know what email and password it is.
