Command blocks won't load

So I download diversity 2 map on my server, but whenver I load into it,  all of the command blocks are empty. Uploading world doesn't work, so I'm using the  /ul world command (using file.io).

Anyone knows how to fix it? (command blocks are turned on)

im having the same issue, but with Diversity 3! it says that it cant run on spigot servers, but is Minehut a spigot server hoster? 

if so, we're screwed...
