Server Won't Start After I Removed Player Cache

My problem started with me spawning a glitched sword using a command, which glitched my server from allowing me to join. So I tried clearing the player cache, which then broke the server even more to where it outputs this fatal error and not allowing the server to start.

Have you tried pressing "Repair Files" in the danger zone on your panel?

Yes I have tried doing that multiple times.
