Plugins disapearing

A few days ago I went on my server and I realised EpicSkyblock was missing so I decided to reset the server because I was going to do that anyway and today I went on and Vault and guishop were gone. The .jar doesn't appear but the folder does. What is this problem and how can I fix it or when will it be fixed?

Hey! Is there a possibility that someone else might have access to your control panel? This should not happen, if it would then the folder you have with the plugin should disappear as well.

did you reset the server or restart it? If you reset it, all plugins are removed but somethings they are still glitched a bit.

If you reset your server then all of your plugins go away (bye bye). Sometimes it's a bit buggy and stays there for a while.
