Cannot connect to server

Hello I am having a problem connecting to my newly created minehut server. Whenever I type the IP in I get taken to the minehut hub. Even when i do /join (name) i still cannot connect to the server. The dashboard says my server is online also. Any fix?

One of the ways to diagnose this situation is to first force the server into hibernation. To do that, you will need to go to "Minehut Panel" --> "Danger Zone" --> "Force Hibernation". Please understand that when you force hibernate your server, it can cause data loss. So make sure you are aware of the risks and you can proceed if you understand the risk. Once you force hibernate your server, start it back up and you shall be good to go! If the problem continues, please refer to the Minehut Support Center where they can better assist you there.
