i made some kits with the essentials plugin and when ever a player joins and does /kit pvp it says they don’t have access how do I give them access please help

You have to give them the permission to do it;

LuckPerms:
/lp group default permission set essentials.kits.[kitname]
/lp group default permission set essentials.kit

I'd suggest using LuckPerms as your primary permissions plugin as it's easy to learn and there are far more tutorials on it than any other plugin for permissions.
