PLEASE HELP ME

I made a minecraft server and I wanted my friends to join. So I gave them the IP and the right version but they could not join. I turned the whitelist off but they still couldn't join. I put them on the whitelist and they STILL COULDN'T JOIN! WHAT DO I DO?

Make sure they they join on 1.15.2, and your ip is [servername].minehut.gg, if they still cannot seem to join make a support ticket on the minehut website.
