Server Constantly Offline Despite Activation

Hey,
I tried to enter my server today but it says my server is offline. So, when I go to my dashboard to start it up, I wait though the activation process, then... its still offline. I tried force-hibernating repairing my files through the Danger Zone menu but the problem still persists. I'm afraid I might lose months of my building progress and skripting. Should I wait a few more hours before trying again? Did I mess something up?
Not only is my server offline, but I'm unable to access any of my files except for plugins. Logs and world data vanished. Is this normal?

It happened to me too, just wait till like the next day and it will be fine, everybody is using the service and clogging the usage i think?
