Deleted Plugin Folders

I accidentally downloaded a crap ton of plugins, and then I deleted about 25 plugin folders. I want to use AutoRank, so I reinstalled it, but it wouldn't recreate the plugin folder. How do I get the folder back!

It shows the autorank.jar file, but the folder wont show up

I tried that, but it didn't work.

I did some research, and I figured out that the problem wasn't me, it's the plugin I was trying to get. For some reason, no one can get it to work, but thanks for the help
