lotix Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 (edited) OFFICIAL GUIDE - Applying for Helper ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ How do I submit a good application To submit a good application, we advise you to meet all the application guidelines on the applications post, this ensures that you have the maximum chance of your application being accepted. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What do we classify as good application? A good application is usually one of great detail, depth, explanation and honesty. We also want to see your personality shine through your application before we get to know you. This is so we can make any changes to our interview script if your approved. We would also like to see maturity in your application so that we know that your work ethic is what we want to see in our junior staff team. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Who reads/manages applications? Our Recruitment team (made up of Senior Moderators & Admins) read your application as soon as it is submitted to us through the forums club. I currently manage the Recruitment team so if you have any issues regarding your application, you can message me. The Recruitment team also does your interview and mentoring if you are at that stage. Common Denial Reasons To help you avoid your application being denied, here are the most common application denial reasons. Lack of Grammar Spoiler If your application is denied for Lack of Grammar, this means your application is not grammatically correct in some areas. Lack of Detail Spoiler If your application is denied for Lack of Detail, this means your application failed to explain in depth why you want to be a Helper on the Pulsate server. Underage Spoiler If your application is denied for Underage, this means you are under the required age of 13. Not Ready Spoiler If your application is denied for Not Ready, this means the Recruitment team believe that you are not suitable for the staff team at the moment due to your application quality. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ If you have any questions about reporting a user, feel free to message one of our Recruitment members!
