How to allow warps for non-ops?

How do you allow people who are not OPd to warp and get kits? Please help

To give a player access to use a warp (I am assuming you are using Essentials), you have to give the player access to the permission.

Examples:

Luckperms:
/lp group <group name> permission set essentials.warps.<warp name>

PermissionsEx:
/pex group <group name> add essentials.warps.<warp name>

Group Manager:
/mangaddp <group name> essentials.warps.<warp name>

You can use a permissions plugin to add permission to a certain group, and then add players to that group. If you need help with this then I'd recommend watching this tutorial

Make sure you are giving the users all the right permission nodes. You can google a plugin's permission nodes if you do not know them.
