Server keeps going down

My server has been going down after a few seconds of someone being on. I will get on and immediately have 0 ping. After a few seconds it will either say I timed out or I will be sent to the hub. Wat do.

how many times have you tried doing this? maybe restart your server or you can make another server and just put the world you made on there and delete the old server

I have tried well over 20 times and I have done everything I know how to do including restarting the server, deleting the plugins, doing the server repair. How do I get the world download without being able to actually be on the server. I have op on the server and if I try to do the /dl command it won't do anything. I have tried to contact staff and they just said "we are looking into it". Thank you for your response the discord has been in shambles.

I bet the your servers host connection is bad or something like that and Goodluck hope staff can fix it
