I can't upload a world

So I'm uploading a world and I done it, and I have now my world "ul_myworld", but when I click on it, it sends me to a block in the sky with command blocks above my head. What do I do?

Are you sure that’s not just where the world spawn point is. You should check where you downloaded the map from if they put a specific location that you can  teleport to.

Its an adventure map. For this one you start at a specific location (I tired it on single player), so I can't teleport anywhere.

Maybe try disabling command blocks in the server settings page

Doesn't work. The Map even says to enable command blocks, but even if I disable it, the same thins happens.

He might've assumed that you couldn't leave an area due to command blocks, so that's why he suggested to disable them. The issue is that there isn't a default spawn point set. Are you sure that this adventure map is compatible with 1.15.2? That could be the issue if it isn't.
