Banned from Minehub.com for being a "Bot"

Hello, earlier today I re-downloaded Minecraft Java Edition for Windows 10 and when I went to join my friend's Minehut.com server, it says:
"You have been banned from Minehut.com"
"Bot"

(see uploaded/attached image) 

The contact form on the webpage does not load (internet and all works fine) so I hopped on here. I know I have to send a forum for a ban appeal, but I can't find the location to send it.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You were most likely mistaken for being a chat spam bot. You can appeal your punishment here.

The same thing happened for me :/. Do any of you guys know how long it takes for a moderator to reply to an appeal?

They normally reply really quick

Yea they normally reply quick. Everytime I have made a report it has been answered within 30 mins.

Oh ok. However, its been about 5 hours now so i was just wondering how long I should wait to get a response.
