Apologies if I'm misunderstanding your question but I cannot tell if you're asking how to create a mod rank or how to op yourself and give yourself all permissions so I will explain both here. 1. How to op yourself - Op yourself by simply typing "op (your username)" in the console. A video tutorial can be found here. 2. How to create ranks - Rank creation can be done with multiple plugins however many like Permissionsex and LuckPerms. Click here for the tutorial.
