So the plugin that I need help with is the AdvancedSlabs plugin. When I tried the commands, it said "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command". Then I checked logs, but when I checked logs, it said "plugin disabled". I would really like to know how to fix this issue.

This normally means the plugin is outdated and / or missing dependencies. 

Please dont reply to threads older than 1 month old, hopefully a mod can lock this.
