Datapacks are impossible to add on a "large" scale (larger than one).

I've been trying to open a server with Datapacks but the server doesnt recognise when I add it with a new world in "/ul". I can't find any plugins who do the same thing, there isn't a "Sethome" plugin which I found very supprising and frustrating.

I saw the tutorial and all but just adding one Datapack takes a lot of work and time, so adding around 15 Datapacks is plain impossible.

Is there any way to make adding datapacks easier?
