Can't download world

When I started my server I didn't give a world name so it generated the world without a folder, so all the files that would go into the folder were in the main sever folder, because of this I am unable to download the world (I believe); every time I try to download the world the sever crashes. Is there any way I can download the files for my world?

That's not how it works. When you don't give a world a name, it just creates a folder named 'world' (as that's the default world name). To download it, type '/dl world world' ingame, or if it was an uploaded/created world, do /worlds, then replace the last world in the above command with the correct world name.

Example:
/dl world Spawn

As seen in the screenshot, I have no folder named 'world' only '_nether' and '_the_end.'

Try contacting support, never seen this issue before.

Try creating a worlds folder and putting the end and nether folders inside of it, I don't know whether this will work or not, but it's worth a shot
