Server kicking issues

I am running a server for my friends, a vanilla survival with no plugins, and i am having issues.

Every so often, other people get kicked, or made to leave, without me doing anything. This has never happened to me.

I am not using any moderator plugins.

They are able to join again straight away, but this is still very frustrating.

My friend says that he gets kicked out to the minehut hub.

Is there any way you could help?

What is the reason they're being kicked? It could just be a matter of lag.

 

On my friend's SMP, all the players were occasionally kicked (sometimes frequently) due to lag on the server or laggy personal networks.

Heya! I'm gonna have to move this to community support since you haven't posted in the right section, I recommend reading this post > https://forums.minehut.com/topic/12448-important-information/ to understand where you should make a post next time ^^

 

Sometimes players can get kicked if the server is lagging like mentioned above (if the reason is flying then you can turn this option off in the settings tab on the panel), besides this you can always check the logs to see what's causing this to happen.
