How do you enable flight in minehut?

I enabled flight in setting, but I still can't put in any commands like fly, flight or essentialfly. I don't know what I did wrong. Some people said I need to change something with the server properties, but I don't have access to that on minehut setting. please help! Thanks a lot !

im also having this problem and i have the essentials command plugin

I installed EssentialsX plugin and enabled Flight in the settings, restarted the instance and i am the only one able to fly.  Is there a command to config to allow all to fly?
