Bentobox level addon not working

When i try to run /is level it always ends up saying "Calculating level" then goes "An internal error occurred while attempting to run this command" if anyone knows why this keeps happening to me please say below because i need the island level to do leader boards for now were just going to do baltop but id rather /is level

The plugin might be corrupted. Try deleting it, restarting your server, installing it and then restarting your server again.

doesent work ive already tried every basic thing i could think of i personally deemed the plugin either outdated or broken and moved to uskyblock which has no problems i can find yet
