How to create npc which shows top kills and top balace?

I have myself a KitPvP server i want to make 2 npcs which shows TOP Kills and TOP Balance. I want to know which plugins i would require and how to use them to create the specific npc to show the above criteria.

and i want to ask another question is that i have created kits with kitpvp plugin and i am using luckperms to create ranks i want to make that if a person has default rank they are able to get only default kit and no other kits

To answer your first question, unfortunately, this would have to be something skripted. You can find skripters in the marketplace on the forums or in #marketplace on the discord. It would involve storing kills and balance as variables and displaying the NPCs and shouldn't be too advanced. You might be able to find someone to do it for free.

For the second one, you'd want to set specific permission nodes. Essentials has specific nodes for each kit, going something along the lines of essentials.kits.[kit name], but I always get it confused. You should try "essentials.kits.[]" or essentials.kit.[]". I'm not sure. Try assigning that permission to the rank and it should give them access to the kit.
