What is your Minecraft IGN? 2. What is your Age? 3. What is your Timezone? 4. What is your current playtime? (Go ingame and run /stats) 5. Do you have a microphone/headset? (REQUIRED) 6. Why do you want to be a staff member for MHFarmz? 7. How do you think you can assist the server if you become a staff member? 8. What makes you unique and/or different from the other applicants? 9. Have you been previously punished on MHFarmz? If so, please explain. 10. Do you have any previous experiences being on the MHFarmz staff team? If so, please explain. 11. Do you have any experience being on a staff team at all? If so, please explain. 12. Do you understand that asking ANY staff member about an application will result in your application being denied and you being application banned for two weeks? 13.
