How to give a friend access to start my server?

I want to give a friend access to start the server so when im offline he can still play. Anyway to do it?

1. You can give them access to your console by telling them your password/email

 

2. They can just do /join [SERVER]

(NOTE: if you have stopped the server by command or hitting the button on the console then they can't join)

How can I make smith like a Pick only break a sertent type of thing bc it will still break everything

on mine:
	if event-block is not stone or coal ore: 
	cancel event

You  can modify the blocks anytime
