i cant use my server commands????

so when i just started up my server everything worked fine like for example i was able to use commands like /plugins but about 10-20 minutes the server started glitching out and i couldnt use any commands like for example when i did /plugins is said i needed a admin so do it which was so weird so i restarted my server and boom is still said i need an admin so then i deop myself and op myself again and it still said i needed a admin. so if any minehut staff can help id really appreciate it so i can continue working on my server.

my server is Min3Hav3n and the owner well is me MrDrag0nz.
