I'm muted and not muted at the same time, WHAT?

Hello, I can't talk in hubs, even though I've never been muted. Whenever I attempt to talk I get a response of 'Lobby is muted' when it's CLEARLY not muted, this is a persistent issue for me and has been for 2 months, this is especially troubling for me as I want to get a large 'building portfolio' and have been having no issue doing so until this issue.

(I tried to /msg staff but most didn't have /msg active)

Lobby chats are linked, so maybe you're in a muted lobby. Try changing your lobby and see if your message goes through.
