Super high ping seemingly coming from nowhere.

I created a minehut server today and did all of the setup in transferring from my old server, but my ping is ridiculously high. Somewhere in the 300-600ms range. I have done all the basic things to lower my ping but it doesn't work. I have a good connection and get around 10-20ms ping on a server like Hypixel. Any help would be appreciated.

Same, is there any way to decrease ping with settings or something?
