How do I ban appeal?

I don't know how to appeal my ban although i was banned basicaly forever but its like 110 years+. For "Community Disruption". I mean, this shouldn't even be a perm-ban because the player recovered their server and no long-term damage was done. It was also a new server that they didn't even pay for so nobody suffered a financial loss either.

I just tried to enter mineplex for the first time in 5 years but it immediately said that I was banned for permanent. I have no clue what I did! This used to be my dad's students account so maybe they did something? This was again 5 years ago but I was hoping to be unbanned so that I could play with my little sister. How do I get unbanned?
