My world is gone

So I changed some setting on the website and restarted the server and its a completely new world I have not auto saved since then is there any way to get my old world back or to go back tot the previous save please  

 

 

update I see the old world in the world list how do I get it back jesus 

 

I see it here and its full, I need to get this file back its super important 



I managed to get into the world everything is here, but it wont let me download it
