/dl world doesent work, also i need plugin files

hello everybody,

My server (its actually a friend's but he doesent know about this stuff)
has a very big map file, so when i do /dl world world, it takes ages and results in a error.
I also want to download plugins folder to save its data too. Is there a way i can download files from my server files?
I would die for a FTP connection to my minehut server.

Sadly, /dl is currently broken, and there's not currently a way to download files from your server or a way to connect with FTP.

that sucks, CoreProtect all by itself isnt enough really, i'd love to have backups of my world
