change version of minecraft

Hello my minecraft game says 1.14.3 but someone said that's not out yet (but it already updated). I've googled how to revert to an older version back to 1.14.2 so I can still play, but none of the step by steps online seem to be things that I can do?  Can anyone help? thank you!

This will change your minecraft version, I assume this is what you are asking

Yes, go to installations, then click new. Then it is pretty self explanatory.
