Upload Minecraft map with 1.12 commands

Hello !

I want to play on a 1.12.2 minecraft map, but the commands (in the command blocks) between 1.12 and 1.15.2 (minehut version) became obsolete...

How can I convert my 1.15.2 server to an 1.12.2 server ?

There's no way to play an adventure map or any map that's specifically 1.12.

Plugins such as ProtocolSupport or Via Version only allow players to connect on lower versions. The server still remains 1.15.2

This means that the server uses 1.15.2 command blocks, so anything from an outdated version such as 1.12 will not work.
