So around Feb 16th my server wouldn't load, I asked for some help but you told me to check support, it's been over a month and they've said they "have it sent to their small team"
and I have yet to get a reply from the Minehut support, this has happened numerous times and I've been forced to reset my server over and over again! This happens like every week and lasts a couple of months, only for it to happen again, why has my server out of all of these been dysfunctional? Is it because of how many players I have? I usually get an average of 25 a day. Please if someone could help me, below is a screenshot of the issues and how they go on. I don't want to sit through a whole year of pretty much being put on hold. This is so stressful having to restart your server from scratch every few weeks!
