How do i get more ram

I run an anarchy server called 9b9c and lag is really killing it. I tried upgrading the server but i dont know how much ram i get by buying ranks or adding player slots. Does anyone know how much ram i get per rank and how to get a custom amount of ram and player slots?

Once you purchase your player slots, stop your server, but force stop it right after clicking stop. When your server loads up again, your RAM will be increased.
