Server kicking me every time I join. Same for friends

So every time I join my server i get this message and so do my friends. I have restarted it several times and don't want to lose all the data as i have several weeks put into it:

Can you provide logs, you can find these in the file manager > logs > latest.log, then post the contents of the file in a pastebin on pastebin.com, and share the link here.

So the server fixed itself just by leaving it for 15 hours, thanks for replying tho, and also keep up the good work!
