How come plugins aren't working on my server

Hello, I've only just started up this server, and I wanted to add plugins to start making permissions for other players. I've 'installed' the plugins on the Minehut start page (With all the server info and stuff) but they aren't in the server whenever I try and of the /commands. Please help!

Some plugins are not updated to 1.14.2 and therefore will not work.
