Island creation with skript

How are those servers creating islands with skript? (e.g PrisonAZ with /cell and BHive with the base creation on join.) Whats the secret? I've tried many ways but either minehut don't have the. skript addons or it doesn't work. Could someone help me please?

I've never actually used this before, but as far as I know, you'd need to use the clone world Skript Expression.

But not cloning a world, it's like adding 20 to x coordinate of {paste::coords} then like paste skematic "island" at {paste::coords}
