Can't start or join my server

Whenever I try to start my server, it just stays on "Starting." I can't join the server. I've tried repairing the core files and even resetting the server (just started it), and nothing has changed. It stays "starting" as shown in the screenshot, even if I wait for 20 minutes. vilwayward.minehut.gg
