rolled back server

so i have been playing on my server and one day the server rolled back aaaall the way to the start and now i dont know how to get it back to where we were.

and when i try to tp to my coordinates that i took a pic of when the server was still normal it is the same coordinate but not the same place. 

can someone please help me ? thank you !

If you have the plugin CoreProtect installed before your server was rolled back you can rollback an area. If you have a download of the world, you can also upload the world again to be able to have your old world.
