(2 Sentences Minimum): I really enjoy this server out of most pvp servers on minehut, and i want to make the best of it. I applied for this server because the community is nice, rarely any hackers, etc.4. What makes you stand out from other applicants? (2 Sentences Minimum): I have a staff experience of 2 - 3 Years staffing on Minehut Servers. I can Screenshare for Hacks, Mute/TempMute Chatters that are breaking the rules, I can also use anticheat alerts to my advantage aswell for detecting cheaters.5. How can you help the server? (2 Sentences Minimum): I can help out the server by being active, Removing cheaters from the server, and moderating the chat. I can help out the server aswell by advertising every 10 minutes.6. What would you do if someone's spamming in the chat?: I would mute them for 1 hour or more depending on if they spam after 1 hour.7. What would you do if someone's using a hacked client or macros?: I would ban them on the spot.8. What would you do if someone's using slurs in the chat?: I would permanently mute them.

Because most of the time, there is a hacker or autoclicker. That happens when there is no staff online. I am active and i want to keep order in the server. How much time can you contribute to being a staff member on Lift? As i said earlier, im really active. That means that i can play almost everyday for 2 to 2.5 hours. But when there is holliday, it will be shorter. Have you been staff on any servers? I've been staff on multiple servers. I dont want to tell which ones, because these are private servers for my school and club etc. How much experience do you have as a staff member? I was staff on multiple servers, so i have more experience as a staff member than most of the people. Are you currently staff on any other servers? Yes, i am still staff on 2 servers. On 1 server, i am head-staff because i am the most active staff and well-known staff in that server. Have you broken any rules on the Lift Discord or Minecaft server? I spammed for one time. And i had my consequenses because of that. I learned to never do that again. Situation Questions: You banned someone for hacking, the community is outraged. How would you deal with the outrage? I will try to calm down the community. If they are still not listening and spamming, i will ignore it, because i know that i am the one that is right. Explain a situation where you might have to act mature and professional while being staff on Lift. I have to act mature and professional as a staff member when im listening to people. I have to outhear them, before i talk. Also do i need to act mature and professional when higher staff members are telling me im not right. So i can hear them out and learn from them what i did wrong.

I am applying to be staff because I feel like I could help reduce the hackers and spammers on the server. I also want to be apart of the Lift team. I think I would be very helpful to the community in making it grow and helping it stay calm and non-toxic. I also like just being staff on servers that are great and I just want to make an impact on the server. I think Lift is also just really addicting also, even when I'm in the middle of some other games like Valorant or games like that I just have Lift open on my other screen just playing it and grinding. I just really like being staff and this this is the best place to go next. • How much time can you contribute to being a staff member on Lift? I can contribute anywhere from 6-12 hours a day on Lift not being afk and helping out. • Have you been staff on any servers? I have been staff on many servers before and owner on two servers and understand how hard it can be sometimes to run it some specific servers when people are toxic and just try to make it hard. • How much experience do you have as a staff member? I've been being staff on Minehut servers for a long time now. I like being staff on servers and helping the community out. I've also been owner on 2 popular servers before one being a gen server and other being KitPvP. I know how hard it is to be a staff member also with people not always agreeing on the decisions you make. Sometimes people are toxic and just start disliking you and trying to make it really hard on some people to be a staff member and try to get them to leave. • Are you currently staff on any other servers? No, I have not broken any rules on the Lift Discord or Minecraft server. Situation Questions - • You banned someone for hacking, the community is outraged. How would you deal with the outrage? If the community is outraged for me banning a hacker I would try to explain it to them and show them why he got banned. I would also try to calm everyone down and explain it step by step on why they got banned. If worse comes to worse I can always ask a higher power staff member to come help out. I feel that is the best way to help calm everyone down with the situation. • Explain a situation where you might have to act mature and professional while being staff on Lift. A situation where I might have to act mature and professional would be if people are disrespecting other staff or even myself. Sometimes staff would do things that would make people mad and you have to figure out a way to deal with the people disrespecting staff and others. You could either try to calm them down and explain why the staff member did that action, try to reason with them and warn them, or if they don't stop and keep disrespecting staff and others they can be muted.

Atrosity is growing day by day and there are very few active staff to look at each and every member, they need some assistance. So, I would like to assist them with moderating the server, helping players, try my best to solve players questions, help guide new players/users, I want to help the owner in maintaining this server, keeping it safe from hackers, griefers and abusers, making this server a better place to play a place where players can gain the best experience of our gamemode, etc.. I have met few staff members and they are very humble, kind and welcoming. They know what they are doing and what they are supposed to do in certain situations. I would love to be a part of the staff community with such great staff members. I get a lot of time to play Minecraft, so instead of wasting my time here and there, I would love to contribute it towards this server by helping players in each and every platform of this server. What makes you a better applicant than others?: Has I have mentioned above, I have a good amount of staff experience to fit myself into this role/rank. With my experience, I know where and when to take certain decisions. I am honest and trustworthy, I used to sells scripts before and some people wanted it in few hours or days so I started doing the scripts and tried my best to complete it before the deadline and at the end I completed the script before the deadline, completely working and tested everything. So, if you give me any work to do, I will make sure to complete it before the deadline. I was helper for about 7 months before i reigned. At the moment server has died quite a bit. I have been Developer on quite a few servers which have been shutdown.
