You could go to the config for chat manager and see if you can disable it.

You can create an appeal following this format Minehut Appeal Format. If a punishment was fair, then you can't appeal punishments that are under a week.

What does it say when you try and join? You can unban yourself on the console with pardon-ip <username>

If you are trying to connect on bedrock, minehut doesn't currently support joining with bedrock.

Can you provide logs for your server, You can access these on the panel, File Manager > logs > latest.log then paste what's in it in pastebin.com

Moved to Community Support. Please post in the correct category next time. If you have the plugin CoreProtect installed before your server was rolled back you can rollback an area. If you have a download of the world, you can also upload the world again to be able to have your old world.

You can change the idle timeout time with /setidletimeout <time in minutes> (The value for Minutes until kick can be up to 35000. Values above may result in an overflow, which will lead to the server kicking players instantly. from the wiki page)

If this is on your server you can ban them with /ban <username> if it's in /msg and you aren't in the lobby, try to get evidence while in the lobby and report it. You can also /ignore <username> after doing this so you no longer receive the messages.
