You have to upload the world, then go into the config of griefprevention, add the world correctly then save the config and restart your server.

If you have a backup of the world you can reupload the world, or if you had coreprotect installed before it reset. Otherwise there is no other way to recover your server at this time.

Make sure you are opped (Go to the panel and type op <your username here> then click send) and that you are in gamemode creative. If it says that command blocks are not enabled go to the settings tab on the panel, find the option for command blocks and set it to enabled, save it then restart your server.
