I was trying out new plugins and stuff and made a backup of the server, after trying it out I restored the server using backup. After I logged back in, my whole world was deleted with myself not even on the operator list and everything was wiped. Everything was gone, a whole new seed and all. Can I still get my world back?

Firstly, the /locate command in my world was completely defunct, because every time I did for e.g. /locate mansion it would give me a set of coordinates that would take me to the biome the structure was in, however the structure was just not there. I also tried the maps from the cartographers, which also led to empty locations. I tried to fix this by restoring the backup I saved on this server a few days ago, only for it to completely spawn me in a new world, devoid of all progress me and my friend and made before. I tried the backup at least 5 times, all with the same result. Nothing of the world I had backed up from before. I had downloaded my world earlier, and when I tried to upload the world, both methods I tried were useless. When I tried uploading the world through the game using /ul, it said 'Upload failed! Invalid files'. When I tried uploading the world through the server panel, it said 'Unknown Error'. I had done everything correctly, the file was zipped, 289MB so I had to use a google drive link, and nothing worked. Can anyone please help? And also please tell me how to reupload my world because my backup is goddamn useless.
