     • Why do you want to apply for a staff on Lift?

    My desire to become staff comes in three different facets. Firstly, I genuinely love Lift, and I want to help the server, and becoming a staff member is my goal for making the server a better environment for players. I love Lift because it has given me countless treasurable memories and has brought me many new friendships. Lift is the game/server I spend most of my free time on; It gives me that rush of adrenaline when pvping or breaking a flag, and that satisfying sigh of relief when leveling up. Secondly, I want to be someone that players can ask for help and know they will get the help they need. I just love helping people, it is one of my natural callings in life; and with Lift, whether it is a question about items, strategy, or mechanics, I am able to respond professionally to almost all questions and situations. Lastly, I want to be a staff member on Lift because I see it as a great opportunity to hone my general online communication and conversational skills with higher staff members, colleagues, and players. When working as a team with other staff members, I will recognize and respect their opinions, actions, and decisions even if my feelings oppose theirs, and then help them in any way I can. Also, before making a considerable decision, I will consult other online staff members and receive their input on the matter. I used to be a basic gamer introvert, but ever since I started playing Lift, I found myself more motivated and determined, it is hard to explain, but those feelings are one of the reasons I want to give back to the server. Now, when the word “Lift” comes to mind, with it comes so many emotions ranging from determination to excitement to enjoyment. 



     • How much time can you contribute to being a staff member on Lift? I can contribute 4 - 5 hours or maybe even more!

     • Have you been staff on any servers? Yup, here are the staff on server's I've been on, Sete/SetEvents, MagmaPvP, AkumaMC, SignatureCraft and warzone!

     • How much experience do you have as a staff member?: I have lots of of experience of many different servers such as Sete/SetEvents, MagmaPvP, AkumaMC, SignatureCraft and Warzone, all of these had more than 20+ Players!

     • Are you currently staff on any other servers?: Yes, just 1, PithonPvP.

     • Have you broken any rules on the Lift Discord or Minecaft server?: Yes, once..... I was muted for spamming


    Situation Questions -
     • You banned someone for hacking, the community is outraged. How would you deal with the outrage?: I will unban him and try to get the proof that I need to ban him.
     
     • Explain a situation where you might have to act mature and professional while being staff on Lift.: I will act mature and professional. I am very professional and mature to any servers.

    LitBans Plugin

    The LitBans plugin is a Plugin used for moderating/banning. It'd be useful for different server owners to use so they can ban silently, quicker, etc.
