I have tried to whitelist people on bedrock- as I've heard it's supposed to work! I have friends desperately asking me to whitelist them. I know the command to whitelist: /whitelist add (insert name). I can't figure out whether or not to do it in-game or in-console, or whether or not to but an * before the name or not. It seems to only work in-game. I've tried to whitelist my own bedrock account in the past, but despite me "not being whitelist on this server", it says "this player is already whitelisted" in Java Edition. Now it doesn't tell me that I'm not whitelist on bedrock, but it rather kicks me and sends me back to the lobby.

When does the server update?

I'm really confused right now. How do I update to 1.17 on a Minehut server? Do I have to make a new server, does it upgrade automatically, do I have to do it myself, when can go to 1.17?????????????????????????
