And it won’t let me use any of the new blocks

So my server updated to 1.17 today and things like the amethyst caves aren’t here. And even before the update structures have stopped spawning for example if I TP myself to a woodland mansion it is not there and same goes with every other structure and in my dashboard structures are on how do I fix this?
