I figured it out. I had to put it on my name of the server not world/datapacks. Thanks!

I don't understand what you mean, so I will tell you step-by-step on how I did it. I installed the datapack, and extracted it until it was a folder. Then, I went to world/datapacks and uploaded the pack.mcmeta and made a folder named "data." I completely replicated all the folders and their contents, including structure, and I restarted my server. I try and do /datapacks enable (folder name) and it says that the datapack isn't found. I also tried /datapacks list available and nothing shows...

I went onto a datapack I wanted, extracted it, and followed all the steps on the "How to install Datapacks on Minehut." I have it downloaded on the server, restarted the server, and tried to run it. It does not show up. What should I do about this? The datapack I want is from Minecraft but mobs are smart Minecraft Data Pack (planetminecraft.com)
