CaptainGolem, Ill look into the mob picker thingy, and idk when you want the warn to be called on, (you can always disable pvp in certain regions with worldguard) but you can use something like this: every 100 seconds: broadcast "&4Reminder: &cPvp is on outside of a "2kspawn" region!"

FegeFege123, this is too plain for skript and I would recommend using commandblocks. So try something like: /tp @a[distance=..3] (coords) or /tellraw @a {message}

Well, 'how' to make it is just to skript it, if you don't know alot of skript, I recommend checking out some tutorials.

Not completely sure what you wanna do there, but the fix to this can be set {_item} to %amount of dropped item% of loop-value-2 add {_item} to inventory of block at loop-value-1

at first: every 1 tick is very buggy, will cause lots of lag for your server. second: Im not sure you want to use the broadcast expression here, more like message "work" to loop-player. Because right now it will spam every single person in the server (not mattering which world) 1 × how many players are in that world per tick You have to specify a world to check the location of, e.g. every 1 tick in world "world" or loop all players in world "world".
