[My spongeforge server does not start.]

Hello my sponge forge server is not starting, it just sais downloading for 2 hours already, please fix this issue.

Hello, Minehut moderators and admins, my server won`t start and i don´t know why it won´t start it just says "Downloading" my server version is SpigotForge on the minecraft version 1.12.2 and the server name is Breach19. Please help me.
