Hey! There's 2 things I could think of. Either 1) repair files or 2) upgrade your server plan! 1) First I would try to use the repair files button in the Danger Zone section of your Server Dashboard! In case your server still wont startup, use option 2)! 2) Upgrade your server plan! RLCraft is a big pack so you will need more RAM then you have with the free server plan! Simply head over to the shop, and select server plans. There look for a plan that has at least 2-3+gb of RAM. Then your server should work just fine! Good luck :))

Hey! When looking through your Live console output/latest.log I can see that its full of errors. Nothing but errors. I would highly suggesting removing any custom plugins you might have uploaded or remove the skript addons. Then restart your server and try to join again. In case that wont work try to use the Repair Files button. It will take a while and once it's done you want to restart your server and rejoin. Good luck :))

Hey! You can simply fix that by heading over to your Server Dashboard --> start the server in question --> under appearance --> Server Command --> type: /op <your IGN>! Good luck! :))

Hey! Another thing you can try other than providing the latest.log file (althogh latest.log is probably more precise) is to use Repair Files. Simply head over to your Server Dashboard --> Danger Zone --> Repair Files --> wait a bit --> Restart your server! Good luck :))

Hey! You can upload your own plugins! Simply head over to File Manager on your Erver Dashboard . There you want to find the plugins folder and simply select it and upload fundys plugin! Good luck :))

To be honest, I'm not a fan of this either. In my opinion it just makes everything more complicated and enduring, Lapzzo said it makes it seem more professional, however I think that professional looks shouldn't be top priority, simplicity and functionality should. Interesting... Normally there should be a normal .dat file. Nonetheless it will still work just fine. However .dat_old is usually used as a backup so a few things might have changed since the file was created!

Hey! This is a known issue. Sometimes the downloads wont work. You can try to only download the "playerdata" folder, its enough to work with! Just in case that doesnt work either you can try to contact support here! Good luck :))

Hey! You cant read player data without any third party software. I would suggest using NBTExplorer. You can find the download over at the NBTExplorere GitHub (Click here). When you install it, dont be surprised if Windows tries to warn you that this software might be dangerous, simply ignore that. So if you want to read playerdata do the following things: 1) Download your world from the File Manager on your Server Dashboard. Once its downloaded make sure to extract it! 2) In NBTExplorer select File --> Open 3) In your extracted world file find the player data you need and select open!
